How To Make Pudding Recipe Tips (Assignment)
Pudding Recipe Part-1:-
We all love chocolate but when chocolate becomes a super delicious dessert, we love it more. Agreed?
let’s prepare a pudding that is egg-less, delightful, and easy to make.
PUDDING SAVE THIS RECIPE :-
Cookies (plain) – 160 gms/ 2pkts
Butter (unsalted, melted) – 3tbsp
Milk – 2cups
Cream – ½ cup
Cinnamon stick – 1no
Dark chocolate chopped – 150gms/ 1cup (approx)
Orange Rind – ½ an orange
Sugar (fine grain) – 6tbsp
Cocoa powder – 2tbsp
Corn starch – 3tbsp
Vanilla extract – 2tsp
Butter (unsalted) – 2tbsp
Almonds roasted – a handful
Mint leaves – a sprig
Grated chocolate – for garnish
Pudding Recipes Cookies Step By Steps :
Crush the cookies in a blender and add melted butter. Remove and add a spoonful in a serving glass.
In a pan add milk, cream, chocolate chunks, orange rind and cinnamon powder. Bring it to a boil and remove. Add sugar, corn starch, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and whisk it. Put it back on to the stove and bring it to a boil so that the cornflour thicken it. Remove and add in unsalted butter and toasted almonds.
While it is still warm portion it out in a glass on top of the cookie crumb and serves garnished with orange rind, cinnamon stick, cherry, mint leaf and grated chocolate.
WHILE COOKING CHOCOLATE:
Chop it into chunks before melting it.
Always heat chocolate slowly. The best is on a double boiler but you can use a microwave as well.
If you are clear you want to melt chocolate then buy chocolate chips
Sometime after opening the wrapper of chocolate we find a whiteness over chocolate. Don’t worry it’s not gone bad it is bust the cocoa butter that oozed out when the chocolate got warm while it was still in its wrapper.
Make sure there is no water on the bowl or spatula when melting chocolate. When melting chocolate water is its enemy. If a drop of water enters melting chocolate the entire chocolate seizing and become clumpy.
Use a non-metal spoon to mix chocolate. A bread knife or sedated knife is the best knife to chop the chocolate

Pudding Recipes Bread Butter Pudding Ingredients Bread
Egg – 2 nos
Milk – 200 ml
Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp
Melted Butter – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cinnamon Sugar (optional)
To make Custard
Custard Powder (Vanilla Flavour) – 3 Tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Pudding Recipes Method-1 :
1. Chop the bread into smaller pieces. Keep it aside.
2. To a bowl, add egg, milk, vanilla essence, melter buter, sugar and mix well.
3. Grease a cake tin and line it with butter paper.
4. Put the bread pieces into the cake tin.
5. Pour the egg milk mixture over the bread peices.
6. Sprinkle some cinnamom sugar over the top.
7. Top it with few raisins.
8. Place it in a pressure cooker and bake on medium flame for about 20 mins.
9. To a smaller bowl, dissolve the custard powder in milk.
10. Heat milk in a saucepan, and add the custard mixture.
11. Mix until it thickens. Custard sauce is ready.
12. Once the pudding cools, take a slice, drizzle some custard sauce before serving.
Trifle Pudding Ingredients
Milk – 2 cup
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Chopped Banana – 2 no
Black & Green Grape
Chopped Apple – 1 no
Vanilla Custard Powder – 5 tsp
Strawberry Jelly Crystals – 100 gms
Pudding Recipes Method -2:
1.Heat 2 cups of Milk in a saucepan.
2.Add 5 tsp of Vanilla Custard powder to a bowl of 1/4 cup of Milk(room temperature). Dissolve in the milk.
3.Once the milk is nice and hot, pour the dissolved custard into the milk. Whisk it well till it thickens.
4.Now, add 3 tbsp of Sugar and turn off the stove once it thickens.Cool the mixture.
5.Take a bowl, add 2 chopped banana, few black & green grapes, 1 chopped apple.
6.Once Custard comes to room temperature, pour it into the bowl of fruits.
7.Take a glass bowl, place sponge cake and pour custard to it and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
8.For Jelly, heat 300 ml of Water in a saucepan, add 100 gms of Strawberry Jelly Crystals. Let the Crystals dissolve.
9.Bring the jelly solution to room temperature. Pour it into the custard in the cups and decorate with a cherry on top.
10.Refrigerate with 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Trifle Pudding is ready to serve.
